Mental Laws For Tennis

If you are a competitive tennis player, how well do you know the mental game?

The next question is, and how much do you practice it everyday?

Those are the first 2 questions, that you need to ask yourself today and write down your answers.

The mental laws are clear and simple, but yet most tennis juniors don’t know anything about them.

They never take the time to study them and most tennis coaches don’t encourage them to do it either, which is the main problem facing these kids today.

This is the reason why many of them never reach their full potential as a player, it’s very sad and true.

They work against the mental laws and they never take the time to step back, and look at the game for what it really is.

The main thing that I want you guys to take away from this article is that you have to know the mental laws.

Because tennis competition is ALL MENTAL.

So, become a student of the mental laws and stop trying to fight them.

The first thing you will discover is that

The fear thought will attract more fear for yourself in matches.

The doubt thought will attract more confusion and frustration.

Then you will find out that,

The power thought, will attract more power, to your mental game.

In other words.

“Like attracts like, with any thought that you have and hold in your mind. “

Just imagine if you could hold the POWER thought all day long, what type of tennis player you could become?

Well guess what?

You can and you should start holding that thought at this very moment.

Listen up, if you are a competitive tennis player, I want you to do this.

Stop reading this post for a moment, create a powerful image of yourself as a tennis warrior, playing fearless tennis in your matches and hold that thought for as long as you can.

Try it right now and then come back to this post after a few minutes.

How did you do?

Wasn’t very long was it?

No worry, try it again later.

Practice holding a powerful thought a little longer each time you do it, and you will get better at this thought training overtime.

The more you practice and study the mental laws, the better you will start playing the mental game.

It’s all about getting to know the mental game, through constant mental training.

You guys see what I am saying here?

Okay, got it, now do it everyday please!!
