Direct Mail For Tennis Coaches


Hello to all my fellow tennis coaches out there.

How are you guys?

It’s my goal to help every tennis coach out there, that wants to start their own private tennis coaching business.

Now, on to the good stuff!!

Today I want to talk about direct mail and the power it can have on the growth of your private tennis coaching program.

Direct mail, is meeting your prospects and current students where they are.

In their homes.

“And it’s like having 2000 to 5000 great salespeople working for you at one time. “

It gets better too.

These salespeople will never take off, complain or give you any problems!!

How does that sound?

Remember though.

Direct mail can be expensive if you don’t do it the right way.

That’s why you should use,

Creative Direct Mail.

Get your staff or do it yourself at the start of your marketing campaign.

I would have the staff give out the mail first hand to the schools and companies and focus on connecting with every prospect.

Your mail must have a powerful headline to grab their attention and a great benefit inside that headline.

Have your staff use the headline in their sales pitch with emotion.

They shouldn’t be trying to sell anything at all during the cold mailing process.

The purpose of cold mailing in person is to get them interested and then follow up with them by a phone call and email.

They should be easy to close after doing that, so don’t worry about them signing up.

Just work the process.

Now, when they do call.

Make sure that the staff gets their contact information and then that should be file into your database system.

Now you can start building a great relationship with them for as long as you like.

To speed this whole process up, also rent a good list for about $200.

Find a good list broker and work both of these direct mailing ideas, at the same time.

Your campaign should be at least 3 months.

That will give you guys some time to work out the tweaks and refine your approach.

Your private program should double during that time and here is the key point in the next step.

Roll it out big, blow it up.

Focus on growth by having a powerful front-end marketing campaign running at all times.

You will need to re-invest your monthly profits back into your direct mail.

But pay yourself first, then use the other money for more front-end marketing.

If you implement this creative way to use Direct Mail, you can actually make 800k in 6 to 9 months!!

Like I said, direct mail can be very powerful for your coaching program!
